Since its founding in 1976, Yaffe & Company has distinguished itself in the non-profit compensation consulting business by basing their strategic compensation advice on survey data collected from a wide range of institutions.

Problem

Yaffe needed to update their brand to match the high level of strategic insight and service—what they like to call "The Yaffe Difference"—they were providing to their clients. And, senior consultants at the firm (many who are former CEOs and Presidents of large hospitals or colleges) spent too much of their time managing their data before they could apply their expertise to make strategic recommendations.

Solution
