Commensurate with experience. This is a full time salaried position with benefits including excellent health, vision and dental coverage, stipends for cell phone & parking, and bonuses. Idfive also offers 401K participation and employer contributions.

Duties & Responsibilities

The account supervisor will be responsible for the entire project lifecyle- from strategy through execution. A successful candidate will be able to juggle many different parts of the project, including marketing strategies, creative development, information design, ongoing client relationships, managing internal resources, timeline and budget requirements, administration and billing, and editing and quality control.

The account supervisor will be asked to collaborate on and/or take ownership for estimates & proposals; consulting documents and presentations; information architectures; creative and strategy briefs. The account supervisor also ensures that all creative work meets clients' business goals, and is required to be an active participant in the design process.

You will also be responsible for all ongoing client communications, including presentations to clients, kickoff and ongoing status meetings, status reports and schedules. The account supervisor is ultimately responsible for all project deliverables; and will need to be responsive to client needs within the scope and budget of each project.

The account supervisor reports to the Vice President for Client Service.

This position requires experience (2-5 years) in at least one other related field: advertising, web development and/or marketing, professional services, consulting, public relations, and/or related fields.
