Idfive’s brand consulting services are based on this understanding. When we approach a branding project we approach it with the understanding that our work must be about an understanding of the total brand experience of what we create. Our process includes two main elements:

BrandScan: Interviews, observations, and surveys of target audiences in order to determine both qualitative and quantitative understanding of brands from the audience’s perspective.

BrandingCharette:  An intensive, one-day collaborative workshop that brings together idfive consultants and our clients.  Armed with the information from the AudienceScan , we work together to develop creative new approaches and insights about our clients’ brand experiences by examining the attributes of the brand experience, what makes that experience unique, and how the experience can be expressed across all communication media and customer touch points.
