Task
Create an ad – or something thereabouts – that creatively and unforgettably demonstrates you’re the absolute best candidate for idfive’s creative internship position. Medium or channel is entirely up to you.
Background
idfive is an integrated advertising agency located in downtown Baltimore. Clients include the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, the University of Baltimore, Deutsche Bank, and the City of College Park. The agency holds tight to the idea that advertising is strategy applied to art, and anything less is neither.
Every campaign idfive produces must be able to answer yes to three questions before it’s allowed out the doors: Is it creative? Is it meaningful to the audience? Will it get the results the client demands?
Audience
The idfive Creative Department. The audience believes the best-qualified person isn’t necessarily the one with the most experience – he or she is the one with the most talent. The audience believes the ideal candidate may come from anywhere – art, copy, digital or all of the above. The audience responds to elegant creative and a focus on results can live within the same campaign. The audience also aren’t big fans of ties and suits, BS buzzwords and people with choking egos.
Campaign Goal
Get the internship.
